[ embed ] [ /embed ] without the spaces between each other.
Near the right under the descripition of the video should have embed. Copy and paste all of it.

Then use only the bolded URL. Erase the rest. Copy and paste that and put it in the embed.

I had some problems with embed as well, when you first copy the embedded code open up a notepad and paste the code into that, then copy the bold-ed URL that Shcdw has shown. Then you can paste it into the thread. If you paste the whole thing into the thread and then try and delete what you don't need, it wont work.
Great video BTW I seen it a while back, before I figured out how to embed properly.
