i think its time to update the discription of "Other Consoles" and "Handheld Consoles". for "other consoles" i think you should add in the Nintendo Revo. and Xbox 2, and maybe take off the "phantom" (i've never heard of the phantom before :? )

for handheld consoles i think you should add the Nintendo DS and if you want, take off the n-gage..

its just a suggestion and i wont take it the wrong way if you dont want to do it... :)

I will go one step better and create a section soley for Xbox 2 discussion and one just for Nintendo Revolution discussion. I will do this later on today.

^^^ You probably don't have a mouse wheel right? You have to drag your mouse while it's clicked on the scroll bar?

Because I don't really mind it. The mouse wheel makes it way easier.

i do have a mouse wheel...2 actually, 1 on ma keyboard and 1 on the mouse, but the thing is all the topics fit into my screen without scrolling up or down to check if there are any new posts, but now that there are going to be even more topics, im not going to be able to fit all of them without turning the wheel...

its not a big deal though, ill get over it...

Okay I have added a new category called 'Alternate Next-Gen Console Chat'. It has two sub categories; One for Xbox 2 console chat and the other for Nintendo Revolution console chat.

...And yes, I am aware those aren't the final names for either of those consoles. I will change them when, and if, the final names turn out to be different.

I was just wondering if this new category might cause a little of a problem...if we want to compare Xbox2 and Nintendo revo., or PS3 and Nintendo revo. etc., or all three, what subcategory should we put it under? Before there was only "other consoles" so that would be the answer but now that there’s gonna be a subcategory for each system, what should we do...

I hope you can see where I’m going with this....maybe now because there are more mods it will work, I just don’t want two different people make two different threads in each of the subcategories, then you would have to go to all that trouble and delete the thread, then explain to them why you deleted it if they ask.., and so on....

Well, since this is a PS3 forum, it depends what you want to compare. If it's Xbox2 and PS3 then put it under Xbox2. If it's comparing Revolution and PS3 then put it under Nintendo Revolution.

I doubt there will be a three way comparison.

Thats a good point, but I think in practise it won't be much of an issue. What Mith said is true aswell.

I see your point Fman, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

If someone wants to compare Xbox 2 to Nintendo Revolution then, it doesn’t really matter where the initial thread is started. If someone repeats the thread then it will get deleted. People will be redirected to the right area.

Here’s a little guide to comparisons:

PS3 vs. Xbox 2 = PS3 discussion
PS3 vs. NR = NR discussion
Xbox 2 vs. NR = NR/Xbox 2 discussion (whichever one it is posted in first).
