Welcome to the Official Sports Club created by me (Blu-ray) and UnReaL.
This club will cover many sports from Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, and Hockey.
Sure we can talk sports all day long, but what about getting more involved when it comes to the playoffs?
By “More Involved”, I mean putting some of your PS3Forums points on the line, to pick the winning team.
I will set up rules and a point system for each playoff event. You can take the NBA Playoff Thread as an example: Here (http://ps3forums.com/showthread.php?t=63515).
We have 13 members involved, each wagering 100pts each. Each round every member will predict the winner of the series, and eventually the winner of the Championship game. The member that accumulates the most points will walk away with 1200 PS3Forum points.
Depending on how many members involved, someone could walk away with less or more points.
This is for fun, but it also brings out a competitive nature in people who just love sports.
To sign up for the Sports Club, PM me (Blu-ray), and I will add you to the Sports Club Member list. When a Major Sporting Event occurs, I will PM every member with:
1) Are you interested in participating?
2) Your picks
If yes, you will be added to the specific sporting event list with your picks of winners. Depending on the event, updates can occur every day or every week (i.e. football playoffs).
Like stated earlier, if you have any question please fell free to either PM me or UnReaL. I will also provide userbars as well.
