it's on right now, the desert episode. Do you have discovery? it's on sunday's at 8.
Some bats on right now, ugly looking fellas. I don't think i'd want to visit any of these deserts, but they sure are gorgeous

It is fantastic... i have been turning people onto this since I saw it last week. I am definitely buying the Bluray of this show! It really makes you aware of how beautiful and diverse this planet is.

I love this ocean episode. Is most of the footage taken by diver camermen? They must have logged alot of time underwater. I wouldn't want to be close to a lot of the stuff, like that huge pack of snakes underwater.

Has anyone bought the blu-ray set? Is it exactly the same but with a different narrator?

Is there a bluray set? I have to pick that up.
I watched the last one and its just amazing how close they get and endager themselves. Those tigers were fierce and they were standing right next to them, above all it was pitch black the only reason we could see it was because of infered light so that must of been scary. Like that guy said if a tiger decided to join them its all over, and they cant do anything.

Just hitting US shores is it?
I don't want o overhype it or anything but it's probably the greatest piece of television in the history of the universe.

Any of you guys catch the episode on the caves last night? Definitely some of the creepier creatures i have seen. This episode and the one about the deep ocean were really cool. Things i probably couldn't have seen any other way

I can agree that this really is an awesome show. So detailed and there are so many things I have never realized about our planet. I thank the people for making this show, hell, it might be even something worth downloading :).

Yeah, i definitely thank the people that made the show too. Five years is a ton of time to devote.
A couple of the guys lived in the arctic for a year too to get the penguin shots, it must have been freezing
