I just wanted to say once again that I am sorry for my absenses and not being online as often as I would like. I just had to take care of schooling first....but now I am on Spring Break for two weeks and I made it to Spring Quarter for Graphic Design....so....I just wanted to let everyone know that I have not been banned from the forums or janything and that I will be online alot for the next few months.

I will be looking for a few new members for the Design Squad in about a month or so getting prepared for E3 and such....

As for looking for new members for the team, do you guys have a particular contest in mind? Should I just hold a sig and avatr contest or come up with something new?

Whoever can make the best Planet competition.

Must show the entire planet and galaxy around them.

That seems easy enough.

I don't know.. i think a contest should be like, 1/3 of the descision process, thor me and others spend a lot of time on the design boards, and if a contest is the deciding factor, it should be between contributing members of the design board. my 2 cents. Thor does an amazing job of taking requests almost everyday. He contributes so much he should be accepted in just for that.. not to mention his skill to match.

You do great jobs as well, some of them are better than mine.

I like the one you did for SE Fanboy, as the one you did for NYJets fan.

And i agree with bucky here. Test should be a part of the process.
Maybe a test followed by some kind of attitude check, or anything else. Maybe a member vote for the users who want to go in the DS.

Just noticed you said that. What I was thinking was making something like this.

I made that in hmmm, 10-15 minutes. Maybe I'll make a better one later... add just a tad more depth to it, but that is just an example.
