Why can't nobody get the co-op trophy?

What does the new expansion have that the game doesn't already have? I mean i can play co-op mode so why is it that everybody is saying you need the expansion? I'm lost :pale

because there are four new trophies with that expansion and there are i think three or four new game modes.

No, he doesn't mean the Solo expansion... He means the expansion that was put online but then taken off, I dont know the name but its a Co-Op expansion. This is because in current Co-Op youcant select the planet or something? Well i dunno - i aint played on co-op, but for whatever reason, you cant fill the critera needed for the trophy on standard Co-Op...

It's because the Co-op mode you get with the standard game is on a single screen, and the add-on pack (called the Team pack) is split-screen. It's just a very slight difference which means you can't get the trophy without the add-onn, which isn't even available for download. Which is pretty annoying. (This is a different add-on to the Solo pack which gives you modes like Endless, Bomber, and Survival, which you need for the other trophies such as Late Boomer).

In other words, the whole thing is pretty confusing.

It also offers a ship editor, a couple of VS game modes (death match and last man standing) and more soundtracks (orchestral and something else I think).

I have a question, the co-op trophy says you have to get the weapon booster for 3 minutes on Segomo correct? Does that mean I have to beat the first four planets on split screen before I can get this trophy or is Segomo unlocked from the beginning? I am curious because my friends suck at this game.

You can select the final planet from the get go. You don't need a friend to get this trophy. In fact, this is the easiest trophy of all to earn. Just keep the two ships close to each other so that they are "connected" with the stream and DON'T SHOOT. Just sit there for three minutes and voila, you have the trophy. All you have to do is occasionally dodge the 5 (iirc) ice asteroids. Simple.

I believe that PSN games in the 5-20 dollar price range won't have platinum trophies, which are awarded for unlocking all of the trophies in a given game. It makes sense since a game like SSHD has 17 trophies while a full fledged game like WarHawk will have over 50 trophies. There shouldn't be an award for 17 uinlocked trophies that is equal to 50+ unlocked trophies.

Then again, like Thom Yorke so eloquently quips on Amnesiac, I Might Be Wrong...

Ya, when the "Team Expansion" is put back out you know that the Store is gonna be FLOODED with everyone DLing it to get that last trophy (me included ^_^).

I'm almost certain that you're correct. I believe that the Platinum trophies will be reserved for the 50+ Trophy games. Which means that I'm gonna have to get good at Warhawk T_T. I Love the game but I couldn't suck at it more. -_-

Don't feel bad, I'm pants at the game myself! Haven't played in months (never bouight expansions) but i'll try to sharpen up to get some trophies.

Huzzah! PS Blog just announced that the Team Expansion will be released this week!

I'm super excited now that I get to recieve my last trophy! :D :D

Bah... was hoping that Sony wouldn't see that in the old Team Expansion you didn't have to unlock all the other planets... XD
