I'm really surprised out of all the games mentioned here that nobody is mentioning the possibility of GTA IV trophies. That would give the game a new lease of life, no?

I am sure we all want trophies for GTA, but no news on if there will or wont be a support patch released for this game. I think the GTA series has a great and loyal fan base so Im not positive that a patch would do very much for this game. It would be great if it were patched but I doubt it would lead to more sales or people playing it since it is selling very well and if you go online people are always playing GTA. I do hope they patch it for trophies and in game music and it would add a little something extra to the game. All we can do is hope as of now.

till someone actually suggests that GTA trophies will be out i dont think anyone wants to get hyped up about it

i wouldn't mind getting trophies for that game...i still play it every now and then

A better question is...would it be that hard to transport the Achievements for the 360 version into trophies for the PS3 version with a quick patch?

It seems that this could be easily done for most/all multiplatform titles.

Yeah i wouldn't mind trophies for it, i would however prefer ingame music.

I say the more the merrier. I'd hate to try to get any of the trophies through online play though.

It's actually under the list of games that are rumoured to get trophy support in the Official Trophy Info thread.

Trophies may not do much for the sales of the game but it would certainly add some replay value for people who have stopped playing it.
