2nd Player wii remote does not connect!

I'm having problems trying to connect my 2nd wii remote to my wii. This only happens when I play Ghost Squadron. THe other shooter games in the wii play CD works well but I just can't get it to work with this game...

Here is what i've tried doing...

1. Turn off power
2. Reseting
3. Inserting new batteries
4. Syncing remotes
5. switching batteries with player ones controller
6. updating wii
7. pressing 1+2 at the (Join game screen in Ghost Squadron)

Nothing seems to work!
The game says it supports up to four players but it doesn't let me add the 2nd remote. All I get from the wii remote when i try to join a game is the 4 blinking lights at the bottom that blink for a minute or so and then they turn off...

Does anyone know what i may be doing wrong?

i either.

when i sync remotes i just hit a and its connects

or hit home and reconnect all remotes and connect both

.... i have problems with one of me remots takes forever to connect to any games at any time.... i dont use that one often. but i use the reconnect screen

If the remote is working in other games, but not in this one, I'd guess it's a bug in this game. Hmm.

Try going to the home-button menu and selecting the "reconfigure remotes" option, then selecting the remotes in order there?
