i cant get my head around this trophy thing. can someone please explain it to me. :confused:

You get a 2D trophy for doing certain tasks in a game. So far only Super Stardust HD supports trophies.

but... what kind of task? reach targets? are trophies in your sig? they look like bacteria lol. do you know what to do to get the trophies or do you just get pleasantly suprised?

In the 'Game' section of the XMB lies the Trophy menu. There you can view the trophies for particular games you've achieved, one's you're still yet to achieve and a percentage of completion.

In that menu contains a description of each trophy and how you'd go about achieving it.

As you can see in my signature, trophies amount to a numbered level and the more trophies you obtain the higher your level will be. This system is very similar to COD4's ranking system.

If you don't have firmware 2.4 installed yet, you might remain confused. once you get that, the requirements from the above link will show up under the trophy option (assuming you have Super Stardust HD).

They aren't bacteria. :lol: They are ships similar to the SSHD ship.
