Unless something changes, Codemasters will not be patching GRiD to support the trophies once would be able to acquire with the newly released, and removed, 2.40 firwmare.

not surprising. I dont expect to see trophy support for most of the games that were released BEFORE 2.4 and anything that finished production before the SDK was updated for trophies probably never will either It's a little bit lazy but it's also a development cost issue where they'd rather put their effort into a new game rather than fixing an old one. The people who made Super Stardust HD on the other hand are excellent developers because they keep improving the game over and over.
The next game Codemasters develops though should have them other wise you can count then as another PS3 hater by refusing to use what's right there in the dev tools to make the game worth buying.

I don't get it though, because it does say it has trophies in the game. You see how many you have during the load screens. Its something like 40 or 5o to get.
