gaming headset

Can anyone suggest to me a good gaming headset? My dog destroyed my old one which I got for free anyway so it wasn't so good to begin with. I willing to spend upwards of $30-$40. Anything with good sound and mic is appreciated.

I have the Creative Fatal1ty headset. I love it, but I am a UT player so I am willing to pay $100 to hear footsteps across the map. I would check it out, and it's probably waaay on sell by now. :D

Funny as I was in the market for a good gaming headset about 2 months ago as "my dog chewed mine as well" but lucky as I may have been, I was also in the market to purchase Assassin's Creed for the PC and low and behold (for an extra $20.00 or about) I could purchase it with a Gaming Computer Headset! "The Siennheiser Gaming Headset" So I got more bang for my buck! Also being in Canada we do not have the various choices besides Logitech and some others that our American Counterparts have to purchase High end ones.........Well I am more then impressed as I use it weekly for Vent Guild meetings or even use it for watching movies on my computer....I am more then impressed with it and was glad that I got a game to go with it at the same time. It was well worth the exra $20.00 I paid for the bundle pack! Happy Hunting my Friend!
