This thread is made for us and only us the true hardcore perfectionists of getting a 100% completion on trophies!

I hope that a mod can sticky this thread, this thread will contribute to the ps3forum community greatly. Everybody can come in and see who has 100% on what game and how many games completed. There are not many games that support trophies at the moment but as the months will go by the list will get bigger and bigger.

I am myself a passionate gamer, who's also hardcore and love to complete games 100%. With 2.40 Finally out , the Trophy System gives us a whole new meaning of leveling up and be known to the hardcore gaming community.

Instructions

In order to be added to the list you mustgive out your PSN name so you can be checked on my friend list. If you want to add me my PSN is "Knight-Lord".

Here is the format below on how to post your status if you wish to But this would be the format. Once the game is completed all you have to do is just post its final percentage which is obviously a 100% and yet again be added to my friend list to be evaluated in order to be added to this list.

so people who rent games aren't hardcore? seems pretty hardcore for someone to rent a game and gets 100% trophies. why do people have to keep the games forever to be classed as "hardcore"? just because someone wants to rent a game to beat it and get the trophies, or wants to trade it in because they have gotten everything out of it that they can and have no need for it anymore, doesn't make them any less hardcore than what you think you are. and also, what about the people that can't afford to buy £50 games all the time and build up a collection? are they less hardcore?
i think you should take that sentence out of your origional post because it seems ignorant and offensive to people who enjoy gaming but can't afford/don't want a huge collection of games. because these people might want to enter this thread and enjoy the competion with others too.

Everyone feel free to add me....I haven't played yet today but I think I'm at 36% so far....tips on getting the 15 bombs trophy would be cool because I tried it a couple times last night and that seems like it'll be difficult to do.

I fall into the 100% perfectionists type of gamer...have got 100% completion on Uncharted, Burnout, GTA IV, Assassins Creed, MGS IV, Ratchet & Clank, and Heavenly Sword. I was really close to throwing Lair away at one time because I knew I'd never come close to getting all Platinum medals on it. PSN: PrisonMike

EDIT: I will be on in about an hour and would like to try and give that co-op medal a try if anyone is interested just send a friend request. I just started playing SSHD last night so don't expect to be gaming with a pro. The co-op medal is online co-op right?

People can rent games all they want and do what they want. But if your renting a game just to be added to the list and then never come back to the game ever again and you don't own it. Then you do not deserve to be on the list., its called Trophy whoring which makes real hardcore gamers who actually pay money to keep their games and keep it in their collection. Unlike the trophy *****s who just want to rent stuff, beat it, and then show off and then they don't even own it. Anyway I am not going to argue about this. I have nothing against people renting games I just hate achievements *****s like the ones on 360 who buy really easy games just to get points in 1-3 hours and make themselves look better than they think they are. That is all plain and simple and I am sure that the people who actually put hard work into hard games instead of renting easy games don't wanna see some jackass on the internet who has more points than them cause they rent easy stuff and never keep it. Plain and simple, if you don't like it then that's your opinion i guess.

Warning - If you got a 100% on trophy completion and you have rented the game just to get trophies and added to the list you will be "removed" from this list. Post ONLY valid games that you truly own. This is a very strict rule - because us hardcore gamers don't like to be compared to the so called the "Fake Trophy People". If you want to be trusted I suggest you upload/post a picture of your gaming ps3 library or if that's too much for you just add me to your PSN friend list for evaluation. ok, well that's fair enough, if people rent a game of low interest just to get a few trophies then obviously that is w***ing. but you also must be fair to peole that do not want to keep a game long term or can't afford it.
for example... i bought and beat uncharted, i didn't wish to replay it becasue i didn't particulaly like it. but i beat it none the less. now because trophies aren't retroactive i will probably rent this game again to get the trophies because i have already done the legwork and beat the game already. that is not w***ing. it is like people playing through mgs4 again to get the trophies even though they have already beaten it. are they *****s?

People can rent games all they want and do what they want. But if your renting a game just to be added to the list and then never come back to the game ever again and you don't own it. Then you do not deserve to be on the list., its called Trophy whoring which makes real hardcore gamers who actually pay money to keep their games and keep it in their collection. What does it matter if someone rents a game? They probably won't get 100% of the trophies in a 5 day rent anyways.

I think the list should only include people that have a 100% trophies and then what games they have 100% on, and maybe add a leaderboard listing the people with the mostgames that they have 100% on. So if person A has 100% trophies on 13 games and no one had more 100%'s then person A would be in 1st place.

I don't think people that are working towards it and each individual trophy that is unlocked/locked still would needed to be listed. That would be alot of work to keep up to date.

This thread is made for us and only us the true hardcore perfectionists of getting a 100% completion on trophies!

I hope that a mod can sticky this thread, this thread will contribute to the ps3forum community greatly. Everybody can come in and see who has 100% on what game and how many games completed. There are not many games that support trophies at the moment but as the months will go by the list will get bigger and bigger.

I am myself a passionate gamer, who's also hardcore and love to complete games 100%. With 2.40 Finally out , the Trophy System gives us a whole new meaning of leveling up and be known to the hardcore gaming community.

Instructions

In order to be added to the list you must post a picture of your game having a 100% trophy completion, or if this is too much work just give out your PSN name so you can be checked on my friend list. If you want to add me my PSN is "Knight-Lord".

Here is the format below on how to post your status if you wish to But this would be the format. Once the game is completed all you have to do is just post its final percentage which is obviously a 100% and yet again be added to my friend list to be evaluated in order to be added to this list. Currently there is no list because no one has completed a 100% yet...on this forum.

YES I've finally got Multiplier Hero, damn that took a long time. It seemed like I was on 9x forever... then I lost my shield and I thought that was it, there were no more shields to be had... but I pulled through! Died straight after on the plant 4 boss though. :D Now I have the same trophies as the OP. I've already spent ages on Bomber and Endless, those are really hard. And I can't get the Co-op one till they release the add-on in the EU.

Go to the second planet and destroy the rocks with numbers on them, then boost through the giant green rock, you will get it eventually, I think it took me 4 tries using that method.

ok, however bare in mind that i've done this before at PS3 fanboy. Thats were their article came from.

Okay here goes

You will get 15 tokens in one boost if you boost into a bonus asteroid directly in the middle.

To get a bonus asteroid, go to the beggining of any level. For this Trophy, we used level 2 because it appears very quickly. You will see a red icon appear with a green number. A rock will come down, and you must destroy it.

As you destroy these rocks, the countdown will continue.
When you destroy all the rocks, a bonus asteroid will fall down to the stage.


Carefully aim your ship at the center of the green rock, and boost into it. If you did it correctly, you will get all 15 tokens you need. If you fail, simply press START and restart.

You can tell how many you boosted into by looking at the text on the screen. If you see x15 somewhere, you got it. Note that it takes a few seconds for the Trophy to be unlocked. If you're getting close, but can't get all 15, you may want to try level 4. Align one or more tokens between your ship and the bonus asteroid and boost.

Avoid using bombs in Arcade mode and you'll get this in no time. Remember, two bombs are found in drop ships that hold green containers. Use your Gold Melter, and you'll easily grab the bombs. Once your bomb total reaches 20, you'll unlock the Trophy.

Survival mode has an endless stream of enemies, and not being able to shoot or bomb will feel overwhelming. Remember to make very small movements with your controller, and stay focused on your ships at all time. You should be able to boost, although we've heard reports from some that say boosting is not allowed. You should be able to unlock this Trophy without boosting. Remember: small, controlled movements are key.

This is the hardest Trophy in the game. The point of this Trophy is not to collect 15 bombs, but to have 15 bombs total. There are many reasons why this is so difficult.

Firstly, you must be frugal with your bombs. You can ONLY use them to get more bombs. You spend one bomb to earn two, which means you cannot use your bombs on enemies.

The general strategy will be to trail bomb ships when you see them, and only explode them when you absolutely must. DO NOT use bombs against enemies and rocks.

You will simply have to dodge them. You'll want to follow bomb ships for as long as possible, because if you're lucky, you'll be fortunate enough to have another one spawn next to it. If you can destroy two ships with one bomb, you'll be making this much easier on yourself.

Just like in Close Encounters, you'll want to make very small, deliberate movements.

This is the second hardest Trophy in the game. When you get far into Endless, the screen will fill with enemies at a rate faster than you can boost and bomb away from.

That's why you must save all your bombs until the latter half of this Trophy run. There's no real reason to save the nukes that appear on the planet, as you'll want them to trigger as quickly as possible. A good tactic for triggering the nukes is to boost into them. But judge the distance correctly: you do not want to boost past the nuke, as you may end up hitting an enemy.

After surviving 7 minutes and unlocking Extra Ships Optional, that is when you'll want to consider using bombs. Other than that, use smart weapons changing and liberal amounts of boost.

When things are dire, try to die close to a nuke: the explosion caused by your death will still be good enough to trigger the nuke and unlock the Trophy.

It was mostly a copy and paste basis but we actually did the ones like 3 days ago. Soi copied him and thats why i have all the trophies so quickly.

Just to let everyone know. For endless 7 mintues and 10 nukes trophies you must try not to use your bombs unless those blue and red things swarm at you in millions.

Always boost through nukes to get you a bit of a breather. Personally you have to concentrate. Take note. These are the 2 hardest trophies in the game.

You can't get it until you buy the newest expansion, which dissapeared from the stores(both game store and PS store) a while back. The 15 things in one boost is NOT working for me. I cannot get them out of that green rock, even if I am in the middle, no matter how many times I try.

You can't get it until you buy the newest expansion, which dissapeared from the stores(both game store and PS store) a while back. probably that is "gold" because is something you must buy
gold trophy = ppl want it = have to pay for it = + money to devs.

nah I don't think so because the 10x multiplier is an original non-expansion gold trophy...

If people want everything such as every unlockable/weapon/levels/extra content/all trophies yah you need to have the whole package and that is where expansions come in and so ya its money to devs but it's a normal business formula..if you want everything then you have to pay for it..

I know the 10x is a non-expansion trophy but the Brother In Arms Ive read that is the EASIEST one. so tell me If that is not business.

I do find it ******ed though, that people say that Brothers in Arms isn't that hard, and it's a gold trophy. Yet Late Boomer is super hard and it's only a Silver...kind of a bad mix up there :/

try destorying the rock by breakingi t up into tinyer pieces and then boost but idk it that will work I got mine by boosting throug the bouns rock

I am got 15 right now. the co-op one wont happen unless i give in and buy another controller. and the bomber one is insane, i got as far as 13 bombs, everything else was a cake walk. lol

ya same here 100% pretty much but I can't put myself or any others on the list yet because they have yet to actually get it. Now it's up to Sony whenever they get the add-on back up...

I too am at 100% of available trophies. I wish I had known about the co-op sooner and had the team expansion. I'm not fond of waiting.
