How do I get SSHD trophies? I have been playing, and I have unlocked THE TOKENIZER, but I am trying to do the 45 second one staying alive, and have stayed alive without using bullets or bombs, only the boost, and it will not give me it...WTF?

Yes i thought it wasnt working as well till i looked more closely at the trophy criteria and noticed it said 'survival' instead of 'arcade'. Hahaha i thought it was stupidly easy doing it on arcade mode :P

You get survival with one of the DLC packs. Can't remember what it's called, but it's not the Team Pack, it's the first one.
