Do trophies update in real time?

1) Do trophies update in real time? Meaning as soon as I complete im prompted with whatever message comes up.

2) Do you have to do them in order or buy bronze, silver, gold?

3) Does it matter what difficulty you have it on?

I just tried to do one called:

Survival - Last for 45 seconds with firing or using bombs; ive done it and timed it and nothing happens?

1) If you are looking at them through In game XMB then yes in real-time but if someone else is looking at them, you have to quite the game and "synchronise" them

2)no, you don't have to do it in order, you can do them randomly

3) no it doesn't matter what difficulty. I know what you did as well, I tried to do the same but as it says in the trophy, it needs to be done in "survival" mode which is part of the add-on pack

Oh wow didnt even think about that, just noticed they are all marked with the game mode that you have to be in. Thanks! :)

And you have to do that one without shooting, bombs or boosting. Its quite a tough tophy.

When you quit the game it synchronizes whatever you have gotten in that gameplay session.

Another way to synchronize the trophies without quitting the game is by trying to compare trophies with someone. I found that, while playing games, I pop up the in-game XMB then go to my friends list. From there, I select "Comapre trophies" and it automaticaly synrchonizes my trophy list to the most current ones.

you need to do it in survival mode. that comes with the expansion pack...

Someone's been busy :lol: I'm still trying to do the -survive 7 minutes- on endless, really tough...

Now that doesn't sound fair to me, you won't be able to get them all without spending more money on the game if you don't have the expansion pack.

Trophies should be part of the main game only and not expansion packs, or atleast keep the expansion pack as if it was a standalone game.

I can see your point, and I am also a little sad that it's not only the first expansion that you need, but the second also(the second Gold Trophy requires the second expansion to acquire)

However, it's somewhat of a good strategy for them. The only game with trophies out there. Want that platinum trophy? Get to crakin and buy both expansions. Saddly, I won't be able to get my Platinum Trophy until next week, since I didn't have the solo pack and had to purchase it to get more trophies, and I can't just spend $10.80(aprox) a day on 2 expansions for a Plat.

:shock: How did you do the Bomb one for the first expansion?

Its bascially like achievements on the 360 soon as you get whats needed to be done you get the trophy pops up in the top right corner of your screen. Most of the Trophies will be given once you complete a mission or a level though but others will pop in real time.
