Most online games on Xbox 360 have online achievments as will Playstation 3 so i am failing to see what you are getting at :D

I am going to have to guess yes. Since Warhawk will have them, then multiplayer ones are obviously OK. And I imagine some of the Burnout ones will be online. Same with Resistnace 2.

God knows... Only Super Stardust actually has trophies atm so you're gonna have to wait until some more get out, there's just no way 2 answer it until then

Warhawk is online only game so the trophies ARE online.
Burnout Paradise as mentioned above has been said to have retroactive trophies using the online stats linked to your PSN (thus meaning earned online).

No...there's online achievements as well. It's just all up to the developer on what they are and how many.

With these Trophies, most will be achieved during online at the most also with a few during the campaign so there are variety of games to do this sort of thing, and Yes its much better than 360 achievments cause its all bout gamerscore which i cant stand why bother this, however witht the Trophy system it allows players around the world to see whos the best. It a great way for Sony to do this sort of thing.
