Since some PSN trophies require the ingame trophies to be unlocked 1st we'll keep the original list and build on it. Below is listed PSN trophies, any that require modes, or characters, scroll down further to the ingame trophy list.
PSN Trophies
Bronze

- Dude Abides -- Use 'The Dude' to score 30 strikes in bowling
easy enough, after unlocking The Dude, get 30 strikes total. A quick trick is to use both "Dude for player 1 and 2. The strikes are combined total, I played like 5 games and got 30 strikes between player 1 & 2 for trophy.

- D Town Destruction -- Score 2,000,000 in PAINdemonium and Aftemath
You must score over 2 Million in each mode.

- Pain in the Park -- Score 2,000,000 in Abusement and After Hours
Same as D town destruction, requires the add on.
- Combo Mambo -- Get 15X multiplyer in PAINdemonium, Aftermath, Block Party and Demolitin
You must get a 15x multiplier in each of the four modes. Keep track yourself as there is no counter. By going for the D-town trophy you will already have 15x on each of those. So that just leaves Block party and Demolition.
Block party: There's a gas tank thing towards middle right of launcher with cinder blocks in front. Hit block to combo up, then ooch into the construction site and hit as many crates as possible.
Demo: I kind of got lucky on this on, so if anyone has tips let me know.

Unlocking "the dude" you should be close to half way done. I know for a fact that it counts strikes combined between all players.

- Pain and Mane -- Play 100 games of Trauma or Horse
Start a only one letter game, hit something with player one, then reset, player two should launch and reset fast without hitting anything, do this 100 times.
- Attentin Spam -- Get every type of PAIN (Head, groin, arm, foot, leg, hand and body) combo in PAINdemonium, Aftermath, Demolition and Block Party
Must get all 7 types of pain (they are listed in red squares) in all four modes. It's suggested to start with one mode, and keep track of all seven pains, then move on. My suggestion is to make a spreadsheet and don't try to use memory. After I made a matrix, and checked them off it unlocked quickly. Try to aim specific body parts into movable items which will cause PAIN.

- Grenade-a-Maid -- Get exploded 200 times with any female add-on character
Start up a single player Fun with explosives, and blast away. After your 3 shots, just hit triangle to restart. I get an average of 50 crates per round, one of the easiest trophies for this game. This can be done in any difficulty mode, and or freestyle. It counts it all.

Self explanitory. Basically keep playing. Doing the math, if you get the "2 mil club" trophy, you have already aquired 8 million points. This seems to be retroactive as I just got it without even having the Add-on bought.

Ingame Trophies
COSTUMES
Unlocking Ed "cow costume"
Once you have the setup, it takes no time. The setup is pretty easy. On the sidewalk where he walks there are explosive crates to the left and right. Pull your power all the way back and aim towards left crate, right above it, say about a crates length above. What you're trying to do is grab the crate from below using "X". Once you are in the setup to where you can grab the crate its cake walk after.
So now stay in that position and press selct to restart the board. Wait for Ed to start walking towards crate and wait till he's about in the center of screen. Launch yourself and hold X immeditately to grab the crate. While in the air, press the right D-pad to Ouch over to the right. Depending on how far he is, one Ouch is enough, if not hit it a couple times. Good things is even if you run out of Ouch, he will walk to you before timer goes off. Once he is by you, let go of X to blow up the crate. You know you have hit him when the list of Pain on the bottom reads "collateral damage". Hit select to regroup, your sling shot will be in same place, do it 11 more times and you got Ed! it only took me a couple minutes once lined up.
Unlock Ice Tea costume
This one is easy, you need to rack your nuts 50 times to get it. I just used the "split pose" on every launch. Do the split by holding L2 and Triangle. You know you have a hit on your junk, when you have the icon of a guy spread open and usually says "ball buster" and other clever phrases. The costume is cool, dressed up as a white wrapper, including corn rows once his hat flies off.
Unlock "the dude" costume
This one is pretty self explanitory, and is a refernce to the movie "Big Labowski" You just have to bowl and finish a total of 12 games. If you don't have someone to play with just use both controllers until you finish 12 total games. Speed things up, by using 2nd controller to shoot real quick and reload both shots immediately after.
TROPHY'S
General
Speed demon
Now most of the trophies are self explanitory, so I'll only be adding the not so obvious ones.
To get this one shoot diagonally right 45 degrees, they'll be three smoke stacks. Launch your character into the the middle taller stack to get the trophy.
Super hero
This one is just as easy as Speed Demon. You want to get into the right stack of the set of 3. Once you're in, on the bottom is a bomb crate and it will launch you into the air. Now I super ouched as soon as I hit crate and pressed up which launched me even higher, not sure if that is required to get the trophy though. Nothing seems to happen on the far left stack.
Cross Town (combined with Cooke)
In PAINdemonium aim to the right side of town over the house and into the big smoke stack. As you start to fall down the stack super ooch, this will cause a bomb crate to explode sending you flying into the air. Immediately press UP on the D-Pad over and over again. This should send you super high. Keep an eye on the ooch gauge and everytime it refills, slowly use it up, when it refills do it again over and over. You have to land just right and fall down the smoke stack so you dont hit the walls on your way back up. Best way I found to do this was to shoot voer stack and grab below you, which will flip you into stack. wait until you stop moving and let go to drop you down. NOTE: you have to wait all the way until the end, you will not see your character, but DONT hit R1 to reset. Wait for the counter to end, as it will only unlock after it reloads.
Block party
Shoot De Toot
There is a mime in the Center of the level with glass all around him. Just hit him before you hit any of the glass. The way i did it was to do about half full on the launcher straight up. Shoot and keep holding up. Then hold down hard in a cannon ball hold which makes you smaller. This takes just a bit to setup to know how high you need to go before start heading down to hit the mime. You can break the glass after you hit him, just not before.
Shock the Monkey (per Cooke)
First break the ladders and umbrellas in front of the launcher. Launch yourself across the map into the construction site. On the left in the construction site is 2 big fans. Hit up as soon as you hit the ground by the fans and this should shoot you back across the map. Aim for the subway tunnel (same one you hit granny down). There are several bomb crates in here and a monkey will be hanging above one of them. Save you super ooch until you get down here. The monkey moves every time but in a pattern. All you have to do it ooch into the crates and make the monkey blow up. (this one is real hard and haven't done it myself. I can always end up inches away from the crate but never hit it.
Big Balls (per Cooke)
Aim for the sign with all the sports balls (****'s Balls) and grab them and make them in the dumpster behind the building. It works pretty good to grab a ball and fall back onto the bomb crate and blast into the air towards the dumbwaiter, reset and try try again. I've also not gotten this one yet, but have many times gotten close. You can also hang onto the balls and steer them in the direction. It is unknown if they have to all be done within one sitting, or can be done over multiple game plays.
Not Not Not
Knock down all 3 HOT signs. Aim for top HOT at the O roof above it. Grab upwards. Once you hit the O and grabbing, ooch over to left and right to knock down the other letters. Wait a second until you ooch gauge is back up. Then let go and drop down to next level. Ooch over to the bomb crate. If you're lucky it'll knock them all down. i had a lot of problem with the bottom H, so after hitting the crate I super Ooch back towards the last H and knocked it down. This HAS to be done in one shot!
Demolition mode
MODES
Unlcoking Aftermath Mode
Just need to score 1.5 million points in PAINdemonium. I have not done this, have come close, but can't find any real trick to racking up big points on a regular basis.
Unlocking Block Party Mode
Simple enough. Grab the granny and hang onto her dragging her along with you onto the subway tracks. Best way to do this is to line up a shot to where you can hold X to grab below you, gragging her head. Some Ooch or super Ooch can come in handy. Now it won't unlock until the subway car hits her. So you can either hang around if time permits, or just reload real quick and just wait. I unlocked it without even seeing it.
Unlocking Demolition Mode
Must be done in Block Party mode. Bomb the bikini girl 5 times
This one is pretty tough. The bikini girl is below the HOT HOT HOT sign talking to a cop with police car in front. Look for the bomb crate to the right on top of a barrel. Setup with low, to no pressure on sling shot. Aim to left of the barrel and crate. Shot your self over and hold O to grad to the right. Grab the bomb crate and time a super OOCH to sling you to the left. The trick is to fly over the police car. Once over the car let go of crate and blow her up. Just like unlocking the Ed costume, you need to see "collateral damage" telling you that you hit the girl. It's going to take you a few tries as this one is hard to reproduce everytime with same result due to the police car. What's trickier is she runs away from anything that spokes her, so a setup to bomb her is hard and needs to be done on one run each time.
Easter Eggs
UFO
On Block Party mode, shoot yourself over the mime and glass structure over into the construction site. Once you've landed, press R1 to reload, then press triangle to enter replay mode. Hit L2 for free roam and press down arrow to pause launch. Work your way towards back of construction area. turn around and head towards the galss where the mime is. Be low to the gorund with camera. Upon reaching glass you will start to see the reflection of the buildings behind you. Once you get real close to glass you will see a UFO above the buildings flying. turn around, its not there, it can only be viewed in the reflection.
