When I first came here I could clearly remember this gender-teller close by the name (or was it under their name) that showed a blue-stick figure to say it's a male, and then a pink-stick figure to say it was a female. Yet, they disappeared last year, I just never brought it up, lol. Just wondering...we've got some pretty hardcore girl gamers here.

Was it a necessity that we seperate the sexes? I mean besides some people might not want to give that information out. Or we would have some posers playing as the opposite sex.
There just really would be no way to honestly tell.
It's a feature that I'm actually glad that's not here any more.

You've never played an MMORPG before have you. you'll never be the same.

I've played them, and yes I know there are some sick people out there...or just people with a sick sense of humor.

i dont know if it was me or not but either i wasnt here long enough to see them or just plain dont remember them. i know other sites that have them and just think its not really needed but doesnt hurt anything.

Bit useless, but pretty harmless to have. Maybe have the option of having it blank for the ones who don't want to say?

I don't remember it either, and I've been on here pretty consistently since June of last year :?

Hey there:
I think a small gender teller is a good idea. However some people might not want their personal information revealed as Cera said.
Even though, i dont see why not, and even if a member lies, it is as simple as to do a google search with this person email and see if it is true.
OVER.
See ya

I remember it, funnily enough ;) It was nice, but not worth having. Excess mods just complicate and slow things down.

There's no point. These forums are for discussing ps3, not to get a date. If you're having that much trouble finding chicks maybe you should try the local mall.
