Just got my PS3 (HDD)

Just got my 40gb PS3 and its installing 2.36 atm but I was just wondering can I change my HDD to my bigger one after the install or do I have to copy anything over?

If you just got i am going to assume you have nothing saved on the HDD (game saves, add ons, music, videos, etc) so all you have to do is swap the HDD and format the new one, your User account and PSN account will still be there, since it is stored in the PS3 itself and not on the HDD.
