halloween remake --- What a load of sick, sick nonsence.

Seriously? Rob Zombie should not be allowed to remake any more classic horror films. I rented this not expecting much anyway but come on.... Plot spoilers here.

What in the name in holly was the point on all those booobies?!? Seriously, everytime a woman got killed they were having sex or had no top on. And what was the Rape scene about? Did we really need to see that. And if that wasent enough for all you horny teenagers out there. Theres also a scene with a topless woman covered in blood on the floor crying. Seriosuly, this movie sucked worse that " Insert awesome sucked worse than...Joke here"

I expected more gore, since I liked House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects so. But oh well, for me it was not so bad, I was just expecting more...I dunno...horror! Since this IS a horror movie.

As a huge fan of Halloween(1979) I wanted to kill Rob Zombie for this. AND LOOMIS THAT HIPPIE ****ER OMG I COULD'VE RIPPED HIS HEAD OFF. The acting in that film was just so abysmal good grief.

Movie was ok.
The only thing that bugged me was when they started playying that song love hurts when little Michael had no one to go trick or treating with and them showing scenes of his mom stripping to that song.

I thought this film was an more an adaption then a remake, i think not comparing it to the original it was a pretty good movie, it went really into Michael and how he came to be what he was.
And in alot the era of the original horror mega movies had lots of sexual or drug related content, just not as graphic same with the gore.

The film was okay for me up until he escapes, then it went kinda downhill. But man, what were they feeding Michael, Tyler Mane was a brooding giant menace...

That may be the unrated version he saw, I had dowloaded what seemed to be a workprint version of the film and that scene was in it. After talking with a friend who saw the film at the theater, it seemed that I must have seen the unrated version as it had that scene as well as a different ending...

Quite a poor retelling, one of the worst horror films I've seen. Most of these directors have it wrong, they show everything, they throw blood all over the place and expect people to scare people. NO IDIOTS ITS THE STUFF YOU DON'T SEE, AND THE SUSPENSE THAT KILLS PEOPLE. Humanizing Michael Myers isn't necessarily a great idea either, giving him motive or feelings will also kill fear. What's scarier a man killing for no reason, or killing because he had a ***** for a mom? Like seriously you'd understand why he'd be bat **** insane after a child hood like that, but you always fear what you DON'T understand. God people in Hollywood are just ****ing lost. I'm not even going to go there on the acting in that film.
