no video

My playstation was hooked up to HDMI and nowit is hookedup with regular cable and no video and I do not have a hdmi tv available to swith the video properties what can I try

you'll have to reset the ps3, look through the manual for directions

then it will output through its regular cable (Sony composite - red/white/yellow)

To save you looking through the manual:

Put the PS3 in standby mode (red light)
Hold the power button for ~10 seconds (the unit will beep twice).
The video will be reset. If you have a themed background, you'll have to reapply it.
