PS3 Error, HELP! it won't load discs!

I have an Australian 60gb PS3 and bought MGS4 today (great game been playing it for some hours). However it suddenly stopped loading and gave a read disc error. After restarting the system the PS3 will not read blu-ray discs movies/games or when it does read game it just gives me loud buzzing noises, a black screen and an error code "80010514".
Can someone out there help me? If not maybe you could share me some experiences on what to do next or where I can find contacts to help me.

I had the same problem except that when i tried downloading the new firmware to play the new MGS4 the update crashed and the screen froze in the system update screen and i got a message that say " Please Contact Technical Support For More Information Errorr Code " ... and then digits numbers, i can't go back to the MSX Screen and my PS3 can't read and games or movies ...

Seen a few peeps with your problem, Sonys suggestion is to run a system restore to see if that fixes the problem. Bare in mind that doing this will result in your HDD being completely wiped of all data. If that doesn't work you're going to have to phone customer support.
