I haven't got a PS3 yet but I've already ordered a bigger HDD.
When I get the PS3, before even turning it on, can I take out it's HDD and then put in my new one straight away or do you have to start up the PS3 with it's initial HDD first?
Sorry about the noob question.
Thanks!

Only the game saves, game installs, pictures, movies and music are on the HDD. All your user accounts/info remain with the OS as well as your passwords for them.
