Streaming Pics and Music a the same time.

Hi guys,

I tried searching for an answer already, but to no avail. My question is:

Is there a way to play a slideshow streamed from a laptop with music also streamed from the same laptop? Or, (as a work-around) is there a way to play streamed music and have streamed pictures on the screen instead of the options available by pressing Select (like the earth pictures)?

Any help with this would be appreciated as I'm getting bored of watching my pics in total silence... hehehe

Kiko You could make the picture slideshow as a video and put music in there. Not sure how to play pictures and music on the xmb at the same time.

I am not at home to double check this but I think my wife and I found that you can turn on your music, then hit the PS button to go back to the XMB, go over to your pics and start the slideshow while the music is running. It has been a while but I think we did that.

Well, that's the only way I think you would be able to do it in the xmb. Just not sure if it works or not.

Ohhh!!!! This makes sense! I'll try the Ps button trick (it's probably the only one I haven't tried so far!).

Hopefully this will work. Having music with pics on my TV would be a killer feature during parties... HAHAHAHA
