Hey all.

Ok, so i have a 40gig ps3. as you all know it only has 2 usb slots. i have time crisis 4, which uses both slots, one for the sensor, the other for the (horrible orange gun) goncon3 (http://www.estarland.com/images/products/27/21527/35727.jpg).

Does anybody know if i was to buy the Pelican PS3 Charge Station (http://www.currys.co.uk/product/500/UV/222553.jpg) would i be able to use it as an additional port (it has two usb ports on the side) connected to my ps3, or if it is a stand alone plug into wall product?

If it cannot be used as an additional port, what will i need to buy? A usb2 hub? Which one is best?

---
Second question,
If i were to import the DS3 (Dual Shock3) from elsewhere (ebay), would it work on current games that support DS3 like GTA4 or DMC4? I heard a rumor that we (in the UK) would have to wait for a firmware upgrade to enable the rumble to work from a friend.

---
Last question.
Does anybody know of a way to spray paint the goncon3 (horrible orange gun) without damaging the internal workings, sensors, buttons and the trigger?

I absolutely cant stand the <beep>ing colour, to the point that i have stopped playing time crisis!!!!

whoever the <beep> designed the gun should be shot, then shot again, then shot once more, because its... HORRIBLE ORANGE!!!!!!:mad::confused::mad::confused::mad::shock:

No, it's not a Hub, those are just two more USB connections, so you can charge more stuff with cables in parallel if you wanted. You need a USB Hub to do what you want. There are many USB 2.0 Hubs for $10 in the US, one's not really better than another.

Yes the DS3 will work on any game with Rumble Support including PS2 games, this includes GTA4 and DMC4. No FW upgrade needed to do this in the UK. Plenty of people in the UK are using it right now.

I'd use something like Plasticoat spray paint. Use tape to cover up the crtical areas that you don't want to get jammed up (i.e. analog sticks and buttons)
