This old anime Candy Candy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candy_Candy), around my circle of friends it seems that I'm the only one who hasn't watched it, actually I never heard of it until I got into Internet forums, I don't know if you would consider it a classic or not, but rumor has it that it may be good.
Now I know this is a shojo anime, but I have no problem with that, actually I have read/watched some shojo before everything doesn't have to be dudes with crazy hairs fighting unrealistic epic fights so I was thinking to give this one a try.
Problem is that acording to Wikipedia, this one is 115 episodes long, that is usually more than I would endure with new *old* anime, so I'm asking if anyone of you that watched this series, is it worth watching? or the series is not that good and I should save my time?
