Ok im watching Naruto and Bleach and feel obligated to my fellow brain that i should watch another manga series

any suggestions

Tenjou Tenge and Witchblade were good, not sure if you're into mecha, I watch bleach and naruto but enjoyed Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Menclave has the best release for it

Aren't many bleach/naruto type anime out there that I've seen, maybe someone else knows of one I'm not thinking about

i would vote for dragonball z (not a fan of dragonball and dragonball gt) it is a great series.

Bleach is about to head back into the Gutters. Episode 168 will be the start of a whole new arc of fillers, unknown length. Could last the rest of the season, or be as long as the Bounto Arc - 50+ eps. I'm damn sick of it and am probably going to bail out now.

As for suggestions, a new Anime series is starting called Soul Eater. Interesting characters, strong female lead. Great animation and battles so far have been nice. Will hopefully fill the gaping hole of sheer disappointment that Bleach has been for the past 100 episodes or so :P

Also, if you liked Death Note, get Code Geass. Similar in that it plays out like two chess masters going at it, only throw in countless mecha and battles, cliches at every turn and even more absurd speeches and monologues. It's cheesy, but so damn deliciously cheesy you love it all the same. It's like chocolate or soap-operas for women - but for men XD

Suggestions:
- Noein: Plenty of superhuman-style battles. You might not like the visual style though. 24 eps
- Black Cat: Higher quality visual animation. Some really nice fight scenes. 23 eps
- Trigun: Classic anime. 26 eps
- Shigofumi: If you liked Death Note, but want something a lot less.. dramatic, but more psychological and down to it's characters, get this. Short, but for the most part an amazing experience. 13 eps.

Longer Series:
Full Metal Alchemist: Shounen anime about two brothers and magic. 52 eps+movie.
Full Metal Panic: Comedy-romance and mecha fighting. Highly loved for comedy rarely seen that clicks so well. ~50 eps in total.

Slightly off-track from what you've seen.
- Vandread: One of my favourite series. Constant fighting, bizarre bad-guys. Somewhat cheesy mecha use in a power-rangers style. Lots of comedy, romance and questions about morality to ponder over while watching. 26 eps.
- Eureka Seven: Basically starts off with people using mecha that fly using surf-boards. Quickly evolves, and becomes a beautiful story. By the end, you see characters in an anime that are far different from who they were at the start - which is something very rare in anime IMO :P

And if you are interested in shows like Bleach that use girls instead, go for
Mai Hime. If you liked that, get Mai-Otome. And if you downright loved Otome (I did :P) get Mai-Otome Zwei, and 0.Sifr is an ongoing OVA. And if you still like the show and want more, get the Mai-Otome manga, which is basically another whole, completely different story altogether.

The bleach anime is hitting a rocky patch ( Last few episodes have been exceptionially good ) but the fillers will be annoying, BUT after the fillers some great stuff is going to happen since ive read the manga. I would defintley hold on for after the fillers and be patient and the manga is at the best its been and some amazing plot twists have made it excellant.

Hmmm Naruto (Currentley on episode 82) and Bleach are two of a kind its hard to beat them, but try death note, code geasee or full metal.

Well I might get back into Bleach once the fillers over, but a possible 50+ eps of it? So don't want to go through that crap again :P Bad enough with the Bounto arc, and the several filler episodes when it actually got back into the series.

Since You like bleach and naruto I would recommend Soul Eater It's pretty much your typical Shounen anime.

One Piece, it has a good story line, but it long 358 episodes so far, Major and Eye shield 21 (if you are into sports anime) Hunter X Hunter Especially since you like Naruto.
