According to Bill Hunt at www.thedigitalbits.com (http://www.thedigitalbits.com) the recently announced Perfect Storm Blu-ray will have it's own brand new 1080p remastered transfer.
Due to the terrible PQ of the original HD-DVD transfer, many blu-ray owners had voiced their concerns that the Blu-ray version will be the same terrible transfer. Fear not, for it will be maxed out for blu-ray capabilities.

Some good stuff in there about, V for Vendetta, Batman Begins and The Matrix Trilogy as well.
Nice to see Warner is stepping it up now that HD-DVD isn't an issue.
