Read that, and then read the actual letter!

AWESOME. Haha.

Just for the record, I use their Belden made Series 1 HDMI cables for all my gear..... great price and about as high quality as it gets for build quality.

Anyways...... I thought some of you would get a laugh out of this, I did.

I didn't think it that funny until I saw that they reprinted the letter in its entirety.

This reminds me of when I was lured into the realm of studying law back when I was a 1st year university student.

The term was basically:
Minutia, Minutia, Minutia.

I think Monster cables got the gist of their claim.

I'm a business student now, but I hear its good practice to make friends in the legal department of your company.

Did you actually read through that entire thing?

Not only am I unintimidated by litigation; I sometimes rather miss it.

That's real fighting talk right there. lol

Nice read. Thx

Yeah its quite funny, good stuff though. Monster needs to know their place...... they are on the dark side of digital cables.

Wow, that was pretty funny. Sounds like he knows what he is talking about, and that Monster bit off more than it could chew.

I use a Bluejeans subwoofer cable. I can't remember which. It has the purple connectors on it. Great quality without the Monster prices. Good stuff.

Besides using their HDMI cables, I also use their custom length subwoofer cables.

Don't mess with real Lawyers when it comes to this stuff. Good ones will be able to find some obscure discrepancy to counter with.

It's part of good business practices so they can cover all their tracks to make sure they're following PESTEL rules.

That's also a reason why GE only hires their CEO's through their accounting sector. They have to handle a few thousand sectors of GE and to make sure they're actually going to make money they need somebody who can manage it all and make sure it'll be profitable.

Heh, that was some pretty good stuff...

I bet they (Monster) keeps the same file ready to send out to any company they feel threatened by. That way they can send the offending company the packet of 5 different connectors. More than likely one of theirs will be pretty similar to Monsters, and they have a case! All they need to do is change an address and a name, and they are good to go! LoL

What a bunch of punks. I'm glad I don't buy their stuff.
