This is also great news, the remastered version was pretty nice on DVD, shot on 35mm film this could be pretty nice looking if the proper care is taken.

This is great News. It'll be interesting to see how the PQ will be on a 40+ year old movie. Still, Im getting this one regardless of the PQ.

Im still working on getting Evil Dead, Dawn and Day of the Dead. Hopefully they start focusing on more 80s, 70s horror movies and releasing them on BD. It'll be nice to have Nightmare on Elm Street on BD.

Unnnnh Brains!

I'm more a fan of the 1990 version directed by the great Tom Savini and starring the equally great Tony Todd. Just as good or better than the original IMO!
