Has anyone had experience with this? I have to take my Samsung LNS2652D after a little over a year because of a dim vertical line that developed on the right side near where a 4:3 picture would stop. Looking for advice on how to make this go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I'm going in tomorrow to talk to them before I bring my TV in.

I have 3 years of warranty and I was specifically told any PQ issues are covered when I bought it.

Never heard of them but i dont live in Canada either......it should be painful. just bring your tv in, get a repair ticket order and wait for the repairs. Kinda like when you take your car to the dealer, minus a loaner hehe

Future Shop is kind of like Best Buy. I've been through the process before, but not with something I use as much as my TV. I got screwed at that time, but I didn't care because I never used the thing I brought back. I only brought it back because it was under warranty.

Oh ok. If they are like BB, i know BB will come to your house to assess the damage. If they cant fix it, youll get a new exact tvthat broke or if its discontinued youll get a newer version of the same line
