HDMI Switch

I've got a Sony 46" Bravia LCD that only has 1 HDMI input. I'm looking at the Belkin PureAV 3 to 1 video switch to hookup my Comcast cable box and PS3. Any thoughts on this unit or others?

I also saw something that said you can only use a maximum of 6ft HDMI cable with the output from a switch to the tv. Is this true? My tv is going above my fireplace and I plan on using a 15ft hdmi cable from the output of the switch to my tv. Will this effect the quality?

It's a 4x1, but it has remote control, and would allow for some upgrades in the future. The remote would be nice for your setup(if I'm picturing it correctly).

As far as using a 15ft cable from the switch, as far as I know, you should be fine.
