Mind Games!!!

Ok so here's how it works...I will present a scenario...and ask you about it...you have to guess.

you can ask 'yes or no' questions to which the proposer of the scenario can answer "yes", "no", or "doesn't matter"

The person that gueses right gets to post another mind game, or he can waive his right and let someone else post.....one game at a time please.

Here goes nothing.....

A man is lying dead in a room with a table, 4 chairs, and 53 bicycles. Why did he die?

hmmm...flip the switches and look. the lights aren't upstairs. clever, took me a lil bit.

Turn two on for a few minutes (let's say 10). Then turn one of the lights on.
There will be one light on, one light that is burning hot, and one light that is off.

turn one on for a while....then turn a second one on a while after and go up right away....one of the bright ones will be hotter.
