btw, can you tell me how you put the frame and reduced the kb so that
I don't have to ask you next time? I tired saving in cs2 as low kb but the
image quality always turns bad.

for the border around the image just goto blending options > stroke > inside stroke, 1 px, black.

to save just goto save for web and choose the very high quality setting which is set at 80, which should be plenty, if not just move the slider anywhere from 70-80 and you shouldn't notice any difference in quality change.

ok then make a new layer on top of every other one, fill it with any color (doesn't matter which) then do the border, but make sure you turn the fill percentance on the layers pallete to 0%. Which will leave the blending options, but make the color you filled with transparent.

how come you keep on reducing the kb size for the 2nd pic?
I was asking for the kb to be reduced and put a frame for this one:

hey i want to thank both you guys alot firefox for making it and vision for helping him out. i like both and ill get to putting one in my sig soon just got really busy. just one thing with the avatar ill use that but want a usa team for hte olympics and then when they win ill put on the coyotes one. i was hoping to make one that has a pic like the one i have now against a flag background or something. the sigs are great im going to use them now, infact ill go get it in mine right now. thanks!
