Ok so here is how it works if you dont know, pin 2 characters against each other, and the next person post who they think would win and why and then puts two more together, like so...

Colossus vs. Juggernaut

Is this thread about discussing who would win in match ups or just saying so and listing the next fight for the poster below?

What I mean to say is does only one person have a say per match up before listing the next one?

hmm. well if pyro had no fire around him to manipulate he wouldnt be so bad ***, so torch would have to take him on with out the flame. And i think he could pull it off, so torch takes it.

I think Bishop would win. I don't know why but I just do. He can take away people's powers if I remember correctly.

Venom would win because although he's not as versatile, he's more experienced imo.

I don't know who Mandarin is so I go with War Machine by default.


Captain American vs Black Panther.

i would have to say the cap, the are both more or less enhanced people, so i think when things go bad, the cap would just toss the shield, like he alway does.

I don't know about Bruce beating Terry, that's just me going against the grain. Terry has a better suit than prime Bruce and has comparable abilities otherwise.

As for Silver Surfer vs Ice Man...Its not even a match. Surfer by a landslide.

Spiderman will beat Wonder Women, because he can beat the Hulk, and the Hulk also can go toe to toe with Superman just as well as Wonder Women can.
don't forget Spiderman hold back more then any other Super Hero.
Also Spiderman Is now more In hence then he ever was before.

super man could take the hulk, superman is far to much of a badass, unless the hulk came by with some kryptonite but superman always seems to find a way to make a comeback, so i say superman.

Well since that is the big 'what if', it probably deserves the longest post....

It depends which versions you are using. Now I like Goku a lot more than Superman,
but Superman at his best is just too godly. He has survived weapons that can take out an entire galaxy, he has SNEEZED away planets, he has survived the big bang (he took a sun dip to power up before hand though), he moves beyond lightspeed....

However I hate that version of Superman and most everyone else agrees that he was 'cheap' and the stories weren't good for that time.

So if its the Superman you are used to seeing on Justice League Unlimited vs Goku from Freeza Saga onward, then Goku would win with a bit of a struggle. Otherwise if you bring up some of Supes' cheap god mod incarnations then Supes wins.


Wizard magazine wrote a fictional match up between the two, they had Majiin Buu saga Goku defeat Superman(didn't specifiy which version or what kinda power feats this supes was capable of). They had a decent back and forth and until Goku turned Super Saiyan and ko'd Superman.

In terms of powers Gen 13 has them beat hands down I think. I am trying to remember the powers. (Supermanish, Gravity, Fire, Weather, Absorbing) But in terms of experience the Fantastic Four has them hands down.

I would have to give that battle to the blob, i think he was one the the really underrated villains though im not sure, it might be kinda hard for the blob to get juggernauts helmet off, perhaps some form of suffocation tactic.
