Gameplay 80/100
Fun and fast-paced , keeps you on edge and the AI is petty decent. [spoiler:298c502e7e]Of course the game really picks up when you are turned into Strogg yourself.[/spoiler:298c502e7e] And for once the AI on your squad mates is good. But because it is just another first person shooter and lacking anything new it losses some points for me.
Graphics 100/100
The graphics are some of the best I have ever seen on the consoles, truly shows what next-gen is. To me it even beats Final Fantasy out.
Value 75/100
Great game the first time, but i haven't had time to play it second time.
Sound 50/100
Nothing great, nothing bad you just get some screams in the background. Needs some killing music :D .
Xbox Live n/a
Haven't got that going yet on my 360
Overall 85/100
A must have if you have a 360. Truly a great game and has duck tape for the flashlight. :D

I found that the graphics and sound were the worst parts of the game. I found nothing differnet from this game and Doom 3 on the PC. I have yet to see and play a true next gen title for the Xbox 360.

First off you shouldn't be comparing console games to the PC, for the the PC is has better technology. Second the fact that we now need to compare new game to high end PC games shows you what next-gen is. Thirdly rate as the game is not compared to something that isn't the same format or genre. Plus Quake 4 got 100/100 from me for grahics for being better than anything that I have seen on the consoles that has been released.

Rented the game, didnt much care for it. Graphics were good, the learning curve on the game is defintally quite great considering the fact that your health bar is a joke. Im more about a gaming expierence then I am about playing tough games right out of the box. That's what different levels of gameplay or for in the first place..so one can gradually and fairly build their expierence and skill up. Not necesarily complaining since I play Madden on all-pro and move up to "hard" on others after beating them on "normal"..just suggesting they could of been more generous in that area. However this is what makes games such as this good for online play because it forces you to have to be good when your playing against others across the nation.

Are you trying to say ID made an AI that could kill the player. Please the AI was good but in no way was it that good. Plus how can you say that Madden had "hard" level i have never lost a game against the AI nor have they got me to overtime, the AI on the Madden is and always will be weak at best.

Quake is an awesome game, the other consoles' versions look nowhere near as good as the 360's and the gameplay is so easy to control. I have only got round to playing this and Kameo, which is better, but this is definatly a must have. It will bring me round until Unreal Tournament 2007 is released!

I haven't had time to play it yet and some reviews are bad and some are good. Probably not a game I will be looking into buying. Maybe when I have bought all of the really good games and have nothing better to do.

While the storyline and characters are different, this game reminds me way too much of Doom 3.
