hi gusy,

just wasn't sure where else to post this question and I hope someone gets this. i have a wireless network in my house. I wanted to stream media from computer to ps3. to do this, i found that Nero Media Home provided the best option.

Upto ver. 1.91 -> ps3 was streaming all content (including movies) quite well. But once i updated to 1.92 and 1.93, theres always buffering issues, no matter if the xvid was HD quality or it was tiny as crap quality. I tried to change settings in Media Home to broadcast bad quality - but have had no luck with it.

I feel that it might be part of the update, and was wondering if anyone else has this issue. if you did, what did you to to go past it ... cuz i cannot watch video, while it keeps pausing every 5 seconds - 10 seconds buffering.

yep me too, as far as network connectivity, i guess the secret of the 1.92/.93 update the ability to not play game online anymore, classic sony.

sorry for your trouble but your not the only one.

lol, so far.. luckily no issues with remote/s**:mad: i woulda been very angry if that was true; not exactly the cheapest stuff on market.

---

about the network issue, i cant figure out how else to play w/o the stupid buffering.. its really annoying, every 5seconsd ti stops to buffer (and that takes 10 secs)

I haven't had any problems like that, and have been able to play online and everything, and a greater stability than the previous updates. As for the streaming issue, I don't stream, so I can't help you there, BTW do you use Vista, or Windows XP as your browser? If you have Vista I might be able to help you.sry cant help u there, but u or anyone else have'in problems with turning on ur ps3 with the controler

issue isnt about the game or games themselves.. cuz they run smoothly.. i dont get any lag either.. the issue is that for some reason i cant play media on my ps3.. because of overbuffering every 5seconds.. which is quite annoying.. cant watch anything at that speed.. you know what i mean..
